Our call centre is very busy and is always looking for new staff. We provide full training to all new employees. The call centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year and we offer a range of different shift types.

We are looking for individuals who share our vision to provide excellent Customer Service and experience to all our Stakeholders. Employees will initially be trained in Call Centre roles with the view of upskilling to more permanent senior roles either in the Call Centre or other business units.
Candidates must have a positive approach and be willing to learn quickly. Successful applicants must be flexible to work various shifts including days, afternoons and nightshifts. You should be available to work between 15-38 hours per week and have the ability to work Monday to Sunday.
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Ability to problem solve and effectively manage difficult customers
- Previous Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
- Sound knowledge of the Perth metro area essential
- Current police clearance
We are located in Victoria Park and require staff for an immediate start date. Training will be 1-2 weeks and will be from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. This includes applicants who apply for Night Shift.
