Driver Training
When you join Swan Taxis, we’ll teach you the things you need to become a professional driver.
For new drivers, our one-day Driver Onboarding course covers aspects of customer service, safety, booking systems and processes and vehicle technology. To get you working quickly.
Returning to the industry? Our two-hour refresher course will instruct you on our systems and our focus on customer service.
Our drivers also receive online training, covering new technologies and processes and customer service.
