How It Works
Cab Spots are easily identified by clear signage. Customers simply call for a taxi on 13 13 30 and, when prompted, enter a four digit code located on the sign, identifying the Cab Spot location. No more waiting to talk to an operator, just a fully automated system that dispatches the next available taxi to that precise location. Simplicity at its best.
If your taxi hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, simply call back to confirm you are still waiting or, if you have hailed another taxi, simply select the cancel option when prompted.
