Left something in a Taxi? We can help!

In order to find the missing property, fill out one of our "Lost Property" support tickets and we will get in touch with the driver to check if the item is still there. 

It is also worth noting that some drivers will take lost property to the local Police Station if they have not had contact within 24 hours. So, if we are unable to find the item or the driver, it may have been handed into a nearby Police Station.

Drivers are permitted to charge a metered fare upon agreement to return the property, unless it is in the boot, which they must return free of charge.
