Accepting an on-demand job

Offers for on-demand jobs appear on screen as a notification.  To access an offer:

1. Tap the alert to view the job, then accept
2. Check the job information then tap accept and you're ready to go
3. Tap arrived in the top menu bar when you reach the destination
4. Start the meter and add the number of travellers
