Checking on a Booking? Need to cancel your trip?
You will be sent a link via SMS to track the booking if you have provided a mobile number, where you will be able to see the progress of the booking, where the taxi is, and how far until they reach your pickup location.
Alternatively, if the phone number you use to book is registered to your app account, the tracking information will be visible in the app instead of being sent via SMS. Or, you can call us and we can check your booking for you.
You can cancel your trip at anytime using either the tracking link, direct from the app, or by calling our Contact Centre on 13 13 30.
