Baby seats can be provided, but are not required.
We can provide baby capsules or seats to anyone who requests them.
However, infants under 12 months can travel on the lap of a parent in the back seat of the taxi, and over 12 months can sit in the seat with their belt on.
WA Taxis are exempt from the standard rules of travelling in a vehicle with an infant and are not required to carry baby seats at all times.
