Unable to log in? Having trouble using the App? Let us help!


For any issues involving the pre-authorisation charge, which is needed to verify and book through the app, call us on 13 13 30 or send through a Customer Enquiry form and we will be able to assist further.  


If you encounter other technical difficulties with the app, we recommend starting by clearing the cache. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.

Should the issue persist, please submit a Customer Enquiry form and attach a screenshot of the error message you're encountering. We'll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

 

The App requires IOS version 11 or above and Android 6 or above.
